There is so much to love about a great granola recipe. It’s toasty and sweet, and with the right ingredients, it can be an absolute staple in your gut-friendly snack rotation.
If we can be honest, for this recipe, we decided to throw in some ingredients that we had lying around (including our fiber blend) to make this golden brown treat into a high-fiber masterpiece.
You can add this high fiber granola to your smoothie bowls, yogurt, fruit, or spoon-feed yourself just like we did. The choices are endless, just like our snacking habits.
What you’ll need:
2 cups large oats
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup of chocolate chips
2 scoops of Clear Digestive Fiber + Prebiotics Fiber Supplement
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil, butter, or vegan butter.
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How to make:
Gather all of the ingredients and place them into a large bowl. Stir together until everything is nicely mixed. Place the unbaked granola on a large baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees (try to mix around every 10 minutes). When the granola is finished baking, let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. We hope you love this one!
