Looking for a tropical smoothie recipe that brings the perfect summer vibes? This high-fiber smoothie hits the spot. We pulled together our favorite beach-y fruits and added our Fiber Supplement + Prebiotics blend to create a tropical masterpiece that helps reduce bloating, alleviate constipation, and support glowing skin while being absolutely delicious. 

We started with key summer fruits like frozen mango, freshly diced pineapple, and aromatic shredded coconut. Next up was adding a serving of our fiber supplement, which includes psyllium husk, superfoods like chia and flax seeds, and prebiotic foods like apples and peas. Since our fiber supplement powder is unflavored, it’s perfect for adding a gut health boost to any smoothie recipe.

What you’ll need:

1 banana 
½ cup of frozen mango
½ cup of chopped pineapple
¼ cup of shredded coconut
