The most important thing when creating our first product was picking the perfect ingredients. We researched and tested all kinds of different foods until we got it just right.
See, the goal for our fiber supplement was simple -- we wanted results that we could feel. So we perfectly balanced foods with soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, and prebiotic fiber for optimal gut health. The way it should be.

Peas. We can’t say this enough -- but peas are extremely overlooked for their nutrient density. They are full of minerals that help with better digestion and overall gut health. They also include soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, and prebiotic fiber.
Chia Seeds & Flax Seeds. Both of these seeds are superfood powerhouses and come with incredible nutrition. They're loaded with dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats. So it’s safe to say that these two were the perfect choice to support a healthy gut and even vibrant, glowing skin.
Psyllium Husk Powder. This is a fiber supplement staple. Most fiber supplements use psyllium husk because it does the job of keeping us more regular, but psyllium husk has some hidden talents. Since it’s loaded with soluble fiber, it helps to slow down digestion and stops certain things from being absorbed too quickly.
