We are big snack fans. So when we wanted to create something simple and easy but satisfying and packed with gut-healthy ingredients. We thought, what better than Maple Pecan Energy Bites?
These high-fiber energy bites are delicious and so easy to make. They're the perfect treat if you're on the go, need a quick pick-me-up, or just looking for new ways to hit your daily fiber goals.
What you'll need:
1 cup quick oats
1 and 1/2 scoops of Clear Digestive Fiber + Prebiotics
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup natural almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
How to make:
In a large bowl, stir all of the ingredients until mixed. Then, take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a golfball-sized bite. Place the rounded bites into a glass baking dish (or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet) and refrigerate them for about 1 hour. To finish your energy bites, you can glaze them with a cream cheese frosting or dunk them in rich dark chocolate. Enjoy!
