How is our fiber different?
We’ve taken a more thoughtful approach to fiber. We include soluble fiber, insoluble fiber, and prebiotics from only real food. No fillers, gums, synthetics, preservatives, or unnecessary sweeteners.
What are the ingredients?
We have a proprietary blend made of only Psyllium Husk, Flax Seeds, Organic Apples, Peas, and Chia seeds.
Does it dissolve in liquids?
Since it’s made from minimally processed foods, it won’t dissolve or disappear in liquids.
What’s the recommended amount of fiber?
